Can patients book without installing an app?
Yes. Patients book from a web link that works on any phone. The same link can be shared on WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, and the hospital website.
Does Medora work for a single clinic and a large hospital?
The Clinic plan covers appointments, records, and billing. The Hospital plan adds wards, lab, pharmacy, and insurance. Groups with several branches use Network.
How is patient data protected?
Access is role-based, every record view is logged, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and backups run daily. Hospitals can also choose a private cloud.
Can we move our existing patient records?
Patient lists, doctor schedules, and price lists can be imported from spreadsheets during onboarding, so the front desk starts with real data on day one.
